We love a traditional London mews house and are proud to work on refurbishment projects, just like this, that breathe new life into the buildings. Featuring the addition of a new basement beneath the property and a mansard roof extension, DSA’s structural engineers in London handled the structural and drainage design, ensuring the new basement and roof seamlessly integrated with the existing structure.
Temporary works design was a big aspect of this project along with our expert party wall services to facilitate a smooth construction process. The project preserved all the charm of this historic mews house while adding valuable living space, resulting in a beautifully modernised home that retains its classic appeal.
