DSA Civil & Structural Engineers London was tasked with the complete refurbishment of a traditional London townhouse and its associated mews in the heart of Belgravia, including the design of a new basement and swimming pool structure beneath the property.
The development was particularly challenging due to site constraints, necessitating a significant amount of temporary works to support the building during the renovation. Our careful planning and structural expertise ensured the successful integration of the swimming pool, while preserving the historic character of the property.
