A structural environment can massively affect a food experience, never more so than this project where we were tasked with converting a well-known restaurant in Knightsbridge into a new dining establishment, with additional apartments on the first and second floors.
The building was in significant disrepair, necessitating extensive structural strengthening and adaptations to facilitate the refurbishment. Our structural engineers diligently reinforced the existing structure, ensuring it could support the new layout while preserving the building’s character. The result is a revitalised space that seamlessly integrates a modern restaurant with stylish residential apartments, breathing new life into an historic property.
