Located on a private gated mews street we were involved in the comprehensive refurbishment of this traditional London mews house. DSA Civil & Structural Engineers was responsible for the structural and drainage design, which included the addition of a new basement beneath the property.
Temporary works design was key to ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding area, and our structural engineers also provided expert party wall services to maintain good relations with neighbouring properties.
