Hidden from sight, we were tasked with designing a new two-story basement beneath a traditional London townhouse and its associated mews in the heart of Belgravia. DSA Civil & Structural Engineers London fully understood the site’s constraints and unique challenges, planning and delivering extensive temporary works to support the building during the renovation.
Our team carefully engineered solutions to ensure the structural integrity of the property while maximising the space created by the new basement. The project successfully combined modern design with the timeless elegance of a historic Belgravia residence.
